We Ask For Continued Prayers & Support While Pending Review
I want to address recent public information being circulated concerning my fiduciary license and the license held by my firm.
I strongly dispute the accuracy of the findings that have been published, and I have pursued review through the Arizona Superior Court. Because that matter is now pending, I am not going to litigate disputed facts in public or discuss evidence outside the proper legal forum.
What I can say is this: I have always taken my fiduciary responsibilities seriously, and I remain committed to addressing these issues through an orderly and lawful process based on a complete and accurate record. My focus right now is protecting client interests, preserving continuity where possible, and allowing the judicial process to run its course.
I understand that clients, families, and members of the public may have questions. But out of respect for the pending proceedings, I will not be making further public comment on the underlying allegations at this time. Any appropriate updates will be provided through formal channels.
